Our culture has taught that we can think or talk our way out of constraining mental and emotional habits, but mental processes are rarely enough to untie these 'psychic knots.' Embodied Inquiry allows us to discover and release from subconscious programming that keeps us stuck and suffering. We all carry conditioning, automatic reactions to buried beliefs and hurts, lodged in our bodies. This conditioning, if left unexplored, limits our capacity to live fully and freely. 

 

Individual sessions of Guided Embodied Inquiry use meditative techniques and compassionate interaction to help uncover this subconscious programming and begin the process of healing and release. Often one session can provide a dramatic breakthrough and/or profound relief. Most people benefit from several sessions to unwind these internal tangles.

One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching

Everyone on the mindfulness journey can benefit from support: It's hard to go it alone, even with courses, readings and recordings. Questions arise, practice slips, challenges seem overwhelming. Especially when you're starting out, it's helpful to have someone you can call and talk things over with, someone who may be a few steps ahead of you on the path whom you can count on to offer an empathetic ear and help you find your way.
